One known issue an ITA user may experience when attempting to create an SF-182 is being presented with the error message below. 



Kindly note that this issue occurs when the user's account was recently reactivated and they try to create an SF-182 soon after. 

We can confirm this information by either asking the user or, after locating their account, clicking on their name, which then leads to their User Record, clicking the three horizontal dots/ellipses, and finally, selecting Modification History.
