LES: Locally Employed Staff - LES staff are DOC employees that are locally hired around the world at US Embassies and US Consulate Generals. Once you have confirmed that the user is a LES Employee and their account is inactive, please provide the following information provided by the ITA Administrators.
NOTES FOR TICKET PROCESSORS! Should a LES Employee contact us via ticket and their account is inactive, the same Standard Response should be provided. Kindly set these tickets to 'CLOSED' per the ITA Administrator's request. |

The administrators ask that you please reach out to the ITA OCIO IT Service Now Ticketing System to have your account permanently included in the HR data feed going forward. The CLC team is not able to permanently reactivate your account and keep it active. This will only be done by the ITA source data feed.
The Commerce Learning Center (CLC) user information data is populated by the source HR system file from the State Department for ITA LE Staff. To have an Active user account in the CLC, your user account information needs to be populated/included in the source data system file. Any manual updates to the CLC will be overwritten each time the HR data feed is processed, as the HR data feed runs two times per week.
