Users may experience issues accessing the CLC via SSO if the email addresses associated with each account do not match. 

For example, their CLC email address may be Jane.Doe@trade.gov but the email address linked to their OKTA ( DOC IDMS ) account may be J.DOE@trade.gov.

Please provide the following SR to assist users with this issue.

Kindly note that you will need to register your CLC email address, [INSERT CLC EMAIL ADDRESS HERE] with your DOC OKTA/IDMS to be able to access your CLC account associated with [INSERT CLC EMAIL ADDRESS HERE].
