Please provide the following information for ITA users who do not have a CLC account but need to complete the Cyber Awareness Challenge (CSAT) training.
Note: The course title may vary by year. For example, for 2026, it may appear as "Cyber Awareness Challenge 2026”.
IMPORTANT! This SR applies to users who are not provided with a CLC account to complete the CSAT training, such as Locally Employed Staff, Contractors, and Summer/Unpaid Interns. |

Thank you for waiting. Please note that ITA does not provide CLC licenses for non-employees to complete the CSAT training. However, you can meet this requirement by following the steps below if you do not have access to the CLC.
1. Access the DISA Cyber Awareness Challenge using the following link: https://www.cyber.mil/cyber-awareness-challenge
2. Complete the training.
3. Save your certificate
4. Email your certificate to csat@trade.gov

Should you require a CLC account for business needs, please ask your supervisor to contact the ITA Human Capital team to request a CLC account.
